Classes and Graduation

On October 23 and 24th the students at Denton Massage School participated in a class on Shiatsu, a system based on the Chinese medicine principles of meridians and pressure points accessed in the body to help restore balance and health.  In addition to this weekend they just finished a weekend course on Polarity, an Ayurvedic modality out of India utilizing the body's own energy system to improve health and well being.  These techniques can help enhance any massage session and provide the students with an introduction to the vast techniques and capabilities of massage.  Our goal here at Denton Massage School is to provide as many educational opportunities to our students as possible, keeping in mind that this will lead to competent and successful practitioners.

Our newest graduates are well on their way to becoming competent and successful practitioners!
Congratulations to Jane Agard, Brittany Crolley, Pam Jones, Coleus Taylor, and Karin Westerfield!
The graduation ceremony on November 7th was cozy and intimate but extremely heartfelt and honest.  You truly are five of the best people I have met.  You will be missed but we look forward to watching you grow into our colleagues and companions.

Please watch for our next Student Clinic coming in January!
